REFUND POLICY

At Bubypets, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that are damaged, used, washed, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pet beds, toys, and accessories that show any signs of wear or use cannot be accepted for return.


2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@bubypets.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or to any address other than the one provided by our team.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any discounts or promotional codes applied at checkout will not be refunded.

  • Bubypets reserves the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet return conditions.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@bubypets.com.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@bubypets.com.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Used petwear or accessories

  • Personalized or custom items
